Yeah, it’s the same as it was in August, mass travel will resume when the epidemic ends, and that will be when we reach herd immunity, either by infection or by vaccination. Which is kinda the lesson of this epidemic, that regular anti-epidemic measures, unless they are draconian, won’t stop it.
