Due process? We don’t need no stinking due process!

The Trump administration views due process in immigration law as a bug, not a feature, and is working hard to fix it. AWOs (Affirmance Without Opinion) are an abomination that we thought we had rid ourselves of years ago. But they’re apparently coming back.
