This reminds me of the commentator that said Trump had “feral intelligence”. One consequence is that he’s very effective in a combat. It’s helpful to have him on your side, but not trustworthy. The current dustup with Mexico seems to be an example — we may yet see the Mexican Army stationed south of the Rio Grande, ensuring that Central Americans can’t get to the border.
